1. Genetic Cancer Screening-(Breast, Ovarian, Colorectal, Pancreatic, Uterine, Prostate, Renal and Melanoma.)
You may be at risk for One of more of these Cancers if you have a family history of these cancers.
Nearly 1,735,350 adults are diagnosed with Cancer each year. Genetic Screening is the new kid on the block and gives you the knowledge to make lifestyle changes to reduce your risk of having one of the above noted cancers. Genetic Cancer screens determine if you inherited the gene mutation that increases your risk of having a cancer diagnosis, it does not give you a diagnosis of cancer. This testing will allow you to make lifestyle changes or more frequent monitioring to avoid the risk of having a specific type of cancer.
2. Alzheimer's DNA Screening Program
Learn if you have a genetic risk of developing Alzheimer's disease. Alzheimer's is a progressive disease that destroys memory and other important mental functions. These symptoms may include cognitive decline, mental confusion, aggression, wandering or getting lost, anger, depression and paranoia.(Sources -Mayo Clinic and others)
3. Parkinson's DNA Screening Program
Learn if you have a genetic risk of developing Parkinson's disease. This is a disorder of the central nervous system that affects movement and may include tremors.Other symptoms may include loss of balance and stiffness(Sources Mayo Clinic and others)
4. Cholesterol DNA Screening Program
Learn if you have a genetic risk of developing elevated Cholesterol or otherwise known as Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH). This genetic disorder has been under-diagnosed.
